    Every woman prefers following her growth and that of her unborn child, through a pregnancy week by week guide. Knowing nearly how long and big your baby is at any provided stage, or what highlights she has grown is quite exciting.

    1. Love your belly

    Learn to love your belly during your pregnancy weeks. Although you will experience months of pain during your pregnancy, start to see yourself as a complete woman-a beautiful pregnant woman.

    2. Buy maternity clothes

    Regardless of how huge and ugly some maternity clothes appear, accept them gladly. You basically don’t know how large you may get and you might be unaware of the fact that these pieces can give you comfort later on.

    3. Learn to enjoy adoring people

    Strangers will often pass a lot of comments and suggestions thinking your belly is public property. You may get annoyed with such comments and advice. But you need to understand the matter of the fact that these people actually mean something good, so this milestone can bring lots of happy memories to your life.

    4. Find a favorable healthcare practitioner

    During your pregnancy weeks, you will experience lots of ups and downs which need special assistance and pregnancy resources too. Search for somebody who can answer your questions, support you in having the best delivery you can, and put your fears to rest.

    5. Don’t overeat

    Don’t think that now you can eat for two. Overeating will mean you will gain fat alongside baby weight and it is going to be hard to shift. You are recommended to follow a proper pregnancy diet plan after consulting a renowned dietician.

    6. Exercise on a regular basis

    In case you did not exercise before you were pregnant, this is not the ideal time for starting working out. However, some exercises are required for your general health and these can also help mitigate your stress. Women who work out-even lightly-amid pregnancy have an easier delivery and recover faster from offering birth and can easily cope with a demanding infant. In addition to this, try to walk daily at least for 10-20 minutes at a moderate speed.

    7. Sleep is important

    During your pregnancy, you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night and take naps during the day in case you are able to. In case you have young kids, try to take a nap when they do.

    8. Hang out with other pregnant women

    Whenever you start to pity yourself, find other pregnant women who are going through a more difficult situation to lift your spirits. Additionally, by finding other pregnant women, you can share your regular experience of your pregnancy days-which possibly helps you make new friendships.

    9. Don’t worry about morning sickness

    Morning sickness is a common symptom during your pregnancy months. It can happen at any time or not at all. Luckily not sometimes, it can, in fact, creep into the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy as well.
